The Earth Heart project is always evolving and defies a one word description but the context is that we're both creative people who are sensitive to the world around us and we're exploring ways to live our lives in joyful commitment to embodying the values of respect and care in relation to our environment and the other beings we live in it with. We're working to find ways of sharing that vision and empowering people to weave their own lives of health, healing and love. We want to make connections to other, like minded souls here in the local community and further afield from our home in this peaceful, loved and cared for place. At the moment, most of our time is spent in producing beautiful and delicious treats for local pop up markets and our roadside honesty box but we're also in the planning stages for an exciting eco glamping project! Watch this space! Annabeth has a background in visual arts and performance with over 10 years of teaching experience before moving to live in Buddhist communities in India and the UK. She was a member of the Taraloka Retreat Centre residential community as Bookkeeper, then Kitchen Manager. She's worked on teams to create ritual events that span both Buddhist and Pagan practices and offers intuitive holistic healing, meditation and mindfulness guidance.
She also runs the Earth Heart Kitchen. Nik has been creating and installing natural environments in the film industry for over 25 years and is a dedicated no-dig, organic grower. An experienced musician and performer, he has a background in jazz bass but has also lived in India and studies the sitar, which is now his main focus and passion.
He tends and cultivates the Earth Heart Garden. |
