The Earth Heart project is always evolving and defies a one word description but the context is that we're both creative people who are sensitive to the world around us and we're exploring ways to live our lives in joyful commitment to embodying the values of respect and care in relation to our environment and the other beings we live in it with. We launched as a small business in 2024, when most of our time was spent in producing beautiful and delicious treats for local markets and our roadside honesty box. You may have spotted us at the Lake Vyrnwy Farmer's markets through 2025, selling upcycled crafts, vegan baking and organically homegrown produce. At the beginning of 2026, our planning application for an exciting eco glamping project project was approved and we're continuing to cultivate that project on a small piece of land at our home. Through 2026 we're also actively growing our holistic offerings and you can now join us for meditation, chanting and sound journeying. Whether we're running a food stall, a chanting workshop or a sitar recital, we're always working to find ways of sharing our vision and empowering people to weave their own lives of health, healing and love. We aim to facilitate connection with other like minded souls here in the local community and further afield from our home in this peaceful, loved and cared for place. |
Annabeth has a background in visual arts and performance with over 10 years of teaching experience before moving to live in Buddhist communities in India and the UK. She was a member of the Taraloka Retreat Centre residential community as Bookkeeper, then Kitchen Manager. She's worked on teams to create ritual events that span both Buddhist and Pagan practices and offers Reiki healing, chanting, meditation and mindfulness guidance. She also runs the Earth Heart Kitchen.
Nik has been creating and installing natural environments in the film industry for over 25 years and is a dedicated no-dig, organic grower. An experienced musician and performer, he has a background in jazz bass but has also lived in India and studies the sitar, which is now his main focus and passion. When he's not building sets or practising sitar, he also tends and cultivates the Earth Heart Garden.

We're running a reduced roadside honesty box with ad-hoc opening times through 2026 as we spend more time cultivating holistic events and preparing the land for our new yurt!
You may find us open from the third week in April for vegan baking and organically grown vegetables just outside Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant in the beautiful Tanat Valley.
